Automate the
repetitive work
in your business

I find the slow, manual tasks your team repeats every day, measure them, and automate them with AI. Invoices, orders, claims, reports and more, with your people staying in control.

Services

I help small and mid-sized businesses use AI where it saves real time, starting with a clear picture of the work and aiming for results you can measure.

1

AI opportunity review

I sit with each team, map how the work really gets done, and score every idea on value, effort and risk. You get a ranked list and a clear first project.

2

Workflow automation

Invoices, orders, claims and returns, leads and reports. AI reads the email or form, fills in your system, and passes the odd cases to a person.

3

Custom AI assistants

Assistants that answer from your own documents and policies. I design them to show their sources and to say so when they are not sure.

4

AI accounts and policy

Move from one shared login to the right accounts and shared projects, with a one-page policy on what staff can and cannot upload.

5

Training and adoption

Hands-on sessions by department, prompt libraries and follow-up support, so the tools actually get used.

Working together

One project at a time, so you see results before you commit to more.

Listen

I meet your teams, watch the work, and collect their ideas through a simple form. People closest to the work know what is slow.

Measure

Before building anything, I time the task and count the volume and errors, so we have a baseline to compare against.

Build

A small, focused version that runs alongside your current process. A person reviews the output at first.

Compare

I compare before and after, share what I learned with your team, and we decide the next project together.

Built to be trusted

AI that touches your orders and money has to be dependable. These are the rules I work by.

People stay in controlBy default, nothing is sent, paid or saved to your systems without a person approving it. I only relax that as the results earn trust.
Start read-onlyI begin by reading data from your systems, not changing it. Access is limited to what the project needs.
Tested on your real casesI check each automation against real past examples with known answers before it goes live.
The right tool for the jobSometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it is a simple script or a tool you already own. I will tell you which.

About

I speak fluent human and fluent tech.

I'm David Au. I'm a client-facing service manager, product leader and AI practitioner, and I run Future Good. After 15 years in tech, I have learned that the best solutions are the ones that make complex things feel obvious.

I work where AI, workflow automation and people meet. I start with how the work really gets done, then help your team cut the repetitive parts, reclaim time and focus on work that needs their judgment.

I started out as a programmer, and tech has stayed with me ever since, including through a decade as a pastor. The two have always run side by side. Leading people through ambiguity and explaining things clearly is what I bring to helping businesses put AI to work.
